Dr. Jeanine Gregersen-Hermans is an experienced academic and higher education leader, with strong expertise in strategic development and change management. Her current research focuses on internationalisation, intercultural learning, sustainability, and regenerative leadership. She is a member of the Academic Board of the Centre for Higher Education Internationalisation at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (IT), where she also supervises PhD candidates. At this centre, she currently leads an Erasmus+ research project on the impact of culture on the PhD research space. Jeanine is also affiliated with a research centre for Sustainable International Business, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (NL), focusing on educational innovation for regenerative international business. Through her scholarship and teaching, she continues to advance inclusive, future-oriented, and globally engaged higher education.
